We welcome all to this group, but historically singers are able to hold a line of music against others. Being able to read music is not essential as parts are worked on individually. 

This is a friendly group and we have fun as well as working hard.

We would welcome new members to expand all sections. 

Apart from members new to u3a, it is possible that some people who have sung in a local Choral Society for years have decided to have a break from the pressure of working towards several  large concerts each year.  Our Group will give you the opportunity to sing for pleasure and relaxation.  We meet fortnightly, singing mainly four part songs, some early music and a few songs from the shows.  

The cost is around £9 a term – enough to pay for hall hire and expenses.
