As we age, maintaining flexibility, balance and strength becomes increasingly important for our overall health and well-being.
Chair yoga is a gentle yet effective way to achieve these benefits while minimising the risk of injury. This accessible form of yoga allows you to practice from the comfort of a chair, making it perfect for members who have mobility issues or concerns about balance.
Positively no getting up or down from a mat.
