Tai Chi is based on an ancient Chinese discipline, practiced as series of slow meditative movements & is therefore good for both mind & body & particularly suitable for older people. Our tutor is the highly qualified Simon Watson.
The current charge is £4 a week, paid termly in advance, however new members can have a free ‘taster’ session to see if the class is right for them before joining.
I feel this ancient poem sums up the philosophy of Tai Chi:
Wake in Tranquillity,
Walk in Peace,
Stay in Harmony
