TAI CHI FOR GOOD HEALTH, FITNESS & VITALITY

Tai Chi is a wonderful form of mental and physical stimulation. It is an ancient Chinese martial art particularly suitable for the 'more mature' person.

The slow and fluid meditative movements improve the body's alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina and concentration. In particular they improve your bone strength, leg muscles and balance, and so reduces the risk of falls. The slow pace, relaxed posture and simple movements make it an easy exercise for those who are not quite as active as they once were due to age or chronic health conditions.

The class is taught by Simon Watson, our professional Tai Chi expert.
