Yoga is a gentle, effective way of enhancing well-being. In this class we practice classical yoga postions which help to keep the muscles and joints flexible and mobile. Yogic breathing, medication and relaxation have a calming effect on the body and mind. Yoga is non-competitive. We all work at our own pace and within our individual ability.The class is suitable for beginners and all levels. The cost is £8 per class. We have a qualified teacher who takes the class.
